Examination Centers

The Board conducts its examinations at various centres in the country located in Arusha, Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Kilimanjaro-Moshi, Mbeya, Mwanza, and Zanzibar. Candidates are required to choose an examination center that is within his/her convenience. No candidate will be allowed to change examination center two weeks before attempting the examination.

Examination Sessions

The Board’s examinations are conducted twice a year during May and November. Also, the Board conducts mid-examinations during February and August. The Mid-examinations are conducted in Dar es Salaam only. Candidates with referrals or fresh candidates can apply for the Mid-session examination.

TRAINING PROVIDERS

The Board registers Procurement and Supply Training Providers to train its candidates who aspire to sit its professional examinations. It is important to regulate professional training to ensure that professional training offered by the training providers complies with the PSPTB curricula and syllabi. Candidates who wish to sit for PSPTB examinations are encouraged to attend review classes with registered Training Providers for the acquisition of appropriate skills and knowledge.

For the purpose of quality control, the Board conducts monitoring and evaluation programs to ensure effective and efficient dissemination of knowledge to prospective candidates.
