Board of Directors of PSPTB, being the supreme authority and overall manager of PSPTB, is obliged to be updated periodically with progress and any impediments towards the implementation of the objectives outlined in the Strategic Plans, and the ultimate accomplishment of the PSPTB functions as mandated in the enabling Act. The overall aim is to ensure that PSPTB attains its objectives and fulfils its mandate with the required efficiency and effectiveness.
The review has shown that PSPTB has lived by its obligation to ensure that the Board of Directors is always fed with PSPTB Strategic Plans, Performance Reports, and Audited Financial Statements. These documents are important inputs in the deliberations of the Board of Directors at their meetings.
